Snow Removal, From the Village Code:

All owners of property are hereby required to remove all snow and ice within 10 daylight hours after cessaion of any snowstorm from adjoining their property and from all fire hydrants on their property or adjoining their property.

The Village Attorney represents the Village government, including the Board of Trustees, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals in legal matters. In that capacity the Village Attorney provides legal advice to the various Village Boards and officials as well as represents the Village's interests in litigation.
